Return & Refund Policy
At Sonas Óir [golden happiness], we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help.
1. Returns
Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition: To be eligible, your candle (e.g., Inis Ór [Island Gold] or Prosperity) must be unused, unlit, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: It must stay in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
Safety First: If your candle arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass) during shipping within BC, please contact us at hello@sonasoir.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage.
Resolution: We will send out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or used.
Personalized or custom orders are final sale.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
