Shipping policy

Shipping: We are happy to offer Flat Rate shipping within BC, and Free Shipping if your order qualifies for it. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive your shipping notification with tracking information. We ship all orders using couriers such as Purolator, Fedex, UPS, Canpar. At this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes and your order will be cancelled if a PO box is added at check out.

PROCESSING TIME:

At Sonas Óir we work to process orders daily to get your candles to you as quickly as possible. The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances, our in stock products will ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may have extended processing times which we will communicate with you.

SHIPPING TIMES:

North America: 5-7 business days after 48-72 hour processing time. Actual delivery time will depend on courier. Once the package is scanned by the courier service we no longer have control on delivery time. Sonas Óir is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

NOTE - please monitor your tracking number closely. If your package cannot be delivered due to customer error (address is incorrect, not picking up from delivery depot, missed delivery appts etc.) and is returned to us, we can; 1) reship your package at the cost of shipping, or 2) refund your order, minus the original shipping cost (applies to flat rate and free shipping also).
